These Terms + Conditions apply to your use of the Born Energy website and your purchase or participation in services, readings, programs, mentorships and other offerings provided by Born Energy.
By purchasing or participating in a Born Energy offering, you agree to these Terms + Conditions.
1. Nature of Born Energy's services
Born Energy provides intuitive, spiritual, educational and energetic services including baby soul communication, intuitive development, mentoring and energetic exploration.
Information shared through Born Energy reflects intuitive impressions and perspectives available at the time of a session or program. It should not be treated as absolute fact, prediction or guarantee.
You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions and actions.
2. No medical or professional advice
Born Energy services are not medical, psychological, fertility, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Although Lauren Dionysius has a professional background as a Registered Nurse, Born Energy services are not provided as nursing or medical services.
Nothing provided through Born Energy should replace appropriate care or advice from your doctor, fertility specialist, mental health professional or other suitably qualified practitioner.
If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, pregnancy, fertility, your child’s health or another medical matter, please seek appropriate professional care.
3. Pregnancy, conception + future outcomes
Baby soul communication may include exploration of current energies, possible timelines or future possibilities relating to conception, pregnancy, birth, children or other life experiences.
These are not predictions or guarantees.
Circumstances, choices, medical factors and many other influences may change over time. Born Energy does not guarantee conception, pregnancy, birth, particular timing or any other specific outcome.
4. Bookings + payment
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
All one-off 1:1 sessions must be paid in full before your appointment is confirmed.
For sessions booked through the online booking system, payment is collected at the time of booking.
If you request an appointment outside of usual available hours, Born Energy may offer an alternative time and send you an invoice. Your appointment is not confirmed or reserved until the invoice has been paid. Once payment is received, your booking will be confirmed and your Zoom link will be sent.
Where a payment plan is offered, you agree to make all payments according to the agreed schedule.
You are responsible for ensuring the contact and payment information you provide is accurate.
5. Rescheduling + cancellations
If you need to reschedule a private session, please provide as much notice as reasonably possible.
Specific cancellation, rescheduling or attendance conditions provided when you purchase a particular service or program will also apply.
If Born Energy needs to reschedule a session, reasonable efforts will be made to arrange another suitable time.
6. Group programs + missed sessions
Where a group program includes live sessions, you are responsible for attending the scheduled sessions where possible.
If recordings are offered, they may be made available for personal use after the session. A missed live session does not necessarily entitle you to an additional private session or alternative group session.
7. Refunds
Please choose services and programs carefully.
Refunds for change of mind are not generally offered once a service has commenced or digital/program materials have been accessed, except where otherwise stated or required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation. Australian consumer guarantees apply automatically where applicable.
8. Between-session support
Some Born Energy offerings include email or WhatsApp support.
This support is intended for questions, reflections and experiences relevant to the service or program and is not an emergency, crisis or medical support service.
Response times may vary, and boundaries or availability specific to an individual program will be explained when you join.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website copy, program materials, videos, audio recordings, meditations, frameworks, worksheets and other original Born Energy content remain the intellectual property of Born Energy.
Materials provided to you are for your personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, taught or otherwise commercially used without prior written permission.
10. Session + program recordings
Recordings supplied to you are for your personal use only.
You may not publish, share, sell, reproduce or distribute recordings without written permission.
Group recordings may include the voices, images or contributions of other participants. You agree to respect their privacy and not share or distribute their contributions outside the program.
11. Group confidentiality
If you participate in a group offering, you may hear personal information or experiences shared by other participants.
You agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not share identifying information, personal stories or private discussions outside the group without their permission.
While Born Energy asks participants to respect confidentiality, absolute confidentiality by other group members cannot be guaranteed.
12. Results + personal responsibility
Every person’s experience is different.
Testimonials and previous client experiences describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will have the same experience or outcome.
You are responsible for deciding what information feels relevant or useful to you and for any decisions you make following a session or program.
13. Website information + external links
Born Energy aims to keep website information accurate and current, but information may change from time to time.
This website may contain links to third-party websites, podcasts, platforms or resources. Born Energy is not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party websites.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Born Energy is not liable for loss or damage arising solely from your reliance on intuitive or spiritual information as a substitute for appropriate professional advice or from decisions you independently make following a service.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability, rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
15. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Born Energy Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to these terms
These Terms + Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version published on the Born Energy website at the time you purchase a service will apply to that purchase unless otherwise required by law.
