What is Connect With Confidence?
Connect With Confidence is a 5-week small-group experience designed to help you recognise how you receive intuitive information, connect with your baby or child’s soul, and build confidence in trusting what you experience.
You don’t need to become “more intuitive”, more spiritual or more healed first.
Over five weeks, I’ll guide you through my Four Steps to Connect process and give you plenty of opportunity to actually practise — through guided baby soul journeys, simple intuitive tools, conversation, Q&A and shared reflection.
You’ll begin to explore:

Hi, I'm Lauren
For almost 20 years, I worked as a Registered Nurse, spending most of that time in neonatal intensive care supporting babies and their families through some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.
Then my relationship with babies began to expand beyond what I could see, measure or explain clinically.
For the past 10 years, I've worked in baby soul communication, connecting with babies and children in Spirit and Earthside and exploring the intuitive, energetic and soul-level perspectives they have to share.
But one of the things I believe most deeply is this:
Your connection with your baby or child belongs to you.
You don't need me—or anyone else—to be the only person who can connect with them.
Inside Connect With Confidence, my role is different. Rather than connecting for you, I'm here to help you recognise how you receive intuitive information, practise using that connection and build the confidence to trust yourself.
I'll give you the framework, guidance and space to explore.
