What is Connect With Confidence?
Connect With Confidence is a 5-week online journey to help you connect with your baby or child’s soul—whether they are in Spirit or already Earthside—and to trust your intuition with more clarity, ease and confidence.
This isn’t about becoming more spiritual or needing to "do more healing."
It’s about learning how to listen.
To soften into presence.
To hear your baby’s voice—beyond logic, language or loss.
You’ll be guided through the same 4-step process I’ve taught to women around the world, in a small, nurturing group of no more than 6.
Each week, you’ll explore the soul realms, receive direct messages from your baby or child, and deepen your capacity to trust what you receive.
Whether you’re trying to conceive, navigating pregnancy, walking through grief, or parenting Earthside—this is a space to return to the wisdom that already lives within you.

Hi, I'm Lauren 👋
I’m a former NICU nurse turned baby soul communicator.
For over 20 years, I supported families as they faced the most emotional moments of their lives—pregnancy, birth, loss, and the fragile beginning of life.
Then a near-death experience cracked me open to a deeper truth: Babies are wise souls with messages meant to be heard.
Since then, I’ve shared almost 1000 baby soul readings with families around the world—blending clinical knowledge with deep, energetic baby soul communication.
But in Connect With Confidence, I'm not here to read for you—I'm here to guide you how to connect for yourself.
You’ll learn to recognise how your baby already speaks to you, and how to trust the messages you’re receiving.

What if I don’t have any children earthside or haven’t conceived yet? Then you’re in the right place! You don’t need a baby in your arms to be able to connect and communicate with them. It’s never too early (or too late!) to build and nurture a connection with your baby.
Can I join if I’ve experienced pregnancy loss like miscarriage or stillbirth? Absolutely. Experiencing pregnancy loss can bring many emotions, questions and uncertainties. The soul of your baby is still around you and so connecting with them can offer profound insights into their journey—why they came, why they left, and whether they may return. This program provides a compassionate space to help you strengthen that connection, receive the messages they want to share, and find peace in knowing that your bond is never truly broken.
My family is complete—can I still join? Of course! Your connection with your child doesn’t stop at birth—it’s a lifelong journey. Today’s kids remain closely connected to their soul which makes it easier to support them well beyond the physical while strengthening your ability to connect with them as they grow.
I’m trying to conceive, but I find it hard being around pregnant women and those who already have children. Can this program still help me, or will I just feel triggered? This space is created with deep compassion and understanding. It’s completely normal to feel discomfort or even triggered when others seem to conceive easily and already have what you long for. However, resistance and avoidance can create an energetic disconnect—not just with conception but with children in general. This program provides a space to gently shift that energy and open the channels of communication with your baby. Being in a supportive community of women who are at different stages of their journey—whether trying to conceive or already parenting—can help you lean in further along your own timeline, beyond conception, and balance your energy more evenly, taking the pressure off conception. Please know that our discussions will focus on the experience of baby soul communication rather than personal journeys, ensuring an inclusive and nurturing space for all.
What time are the calls going to be? The calls will alternate between morning and evening to accommodate different time zones. Do I need to attend the calls live each week? I get it. Life happens. The live calls are great for asking questions and connecting with others, but they’re not necessary to benefit from the program. Some of the women who provided the above testimonials never attended a live call due to their schedule and/or time zone differences, yet they still had profound experiences. This is why every call is recorded, so you can watch the replay when it suits you.
I’m already so busy. How much time do I need to spend on this each week? This program is designed to fit into your life. No extra homework, workbooks or templates—just show up for the weekly calls (or watch the replays) and stay open to receiving. Like any new skill, practice does build confidence, so I encourage you to do the guided baby soul journey between sessions—but it’s optional.
What if I can’t connect with my baby or child’s soul? You can. You are a soul having a human experience, meaning you are already connected to the soul realms! The key is to tune in and get your mind out of the way. By the end of our first call, you’ll know how your intuition works, and by the end of our second call, you’ll know how to deal with doubt.
How can I be sure it’s my baby that’s communicating with me? Great question! This is why we spend time learning about the baby soul realms. When you understand what baby soul communication looks, feels, and sounds like, you’ll also know what it isn’t. We also focus on setting clear intentions to ensure you’re connecting with YOUR baby.
What if there are no babies around me? If you’re reading this, you’ve been guided here for a reason. In my experience, everyone has baby souls around them—what’s important is why they are there and what they have to say.
What if I don’t like what I hear? Clarity comes from setting clear intentions. Some messages may be confronting or not make sense at first. If something doesn’t resonate, just set it aside—it may click for you later.
