I was feeling a little confused, sad, and frustrated as I was really desiring another baby after my miscarriage earlier this year. But, my husband and I were not on the same page, and it has been deeply painful trying to accept that. However I did have a deep connection to a soul baby and it felt confusing not having a full understanding of how she fit into our/my story. I was scared that I would hear that I wasn't having another baby in this physical realm, something I long for. During my session with Lauren, I felt deeply validated. Everything that I was feeling, but felt confused around because I didn't fully trust myself or was forcing something that wasn't there, was true and aligned. I feel a lot of closure around my miscarriage and a deep connection to my soul baby. I am sad, and grieving pieces of this experience, but the weight of it all feels a lot lighter. I feel like I can move forward with more ease and excitement, and deep surrender. My biggest insight for this was how much I need to surrender, not only in this experience, but in all areas - my marriage, my business, my healing, my children, my whole world! I cannot control that others may not feel the same way I do, and though sometimes that may be hard, it simply is what it is. There is a lot of freedom in surrendering, and it's a lesson I am learning repeatedly. Since my session, I am much more present with my current children, in the life we are creating and living now. I have no clue what tomorrow will bring, even if a baby is in the future or not. And it is so easy to miss out on the current life I have, trying to conceive a life I wish for. My life is beautiful just the way it is, and that gratitude and presence is pouring into my children at home. I am just so grateful, Lauren—thank you!
